SUMMARY:Guitar Ensemble Concert with Mack Wolz\, David Sewell and Corey Denham
DESCRIPTION:The Tucson Guitar Society Orchestra spring concert includes a new work commissioned from Grammy-nominated Olga Amelkina-Vera that sets poetry of Ofelia Zepeda\, a member of the Tohono O’Odham nation\, to music. Mezzo Michaela (Mack) Wolz will premiere this work along with electric guitarist David Sewell\, percussionist Corey Denham and the Tucson Guitar Society Orchestra under the baton of José Luis Puerta. Professor Zepeda has generously offered to serve as diction coach for the verses in the Tohono language. \n  \nAlthough tickets for this event are free\, because seating is limited\, you must obtain a ticket to ensure a seat at this performance.  CLICK HERE to obtain tickets. \nThere is open seating for this performance. \n
